& responsibilities
主要职责 1.creating and monitoring medical staff development plans, in collaboration with ceo and ensuring smooth and integrative collaborations between traditional chinese medicine and western medicine.
建立和监督医务人员发展计划,与首席执行官配合确保传统中医与西医的整合协作.
2.assisting in the recruitment of key medical leadership, including center managers and physician specialty leaders in collaboration with coo.
与首席运营官配合,协助招聘关键医疗带头人,包括中心经理和专科医生带头人.
3.monitoring the system’s contractual and employment relationships with medical staff to ensure that they are consistent with vitup objectives, reflect fairness and prudence by both parties, and are fully in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
监督医疗系统符合约定, 确保医务人员的雇用关系与维特奥的目标保持一致, 体现双方的公平和谨慎并完全符合法律法规的要求.
4.reviewing and establishing approaches to clinical resource management.

5.working with senior leadership to establish targets for improvement within each component of vitup international hospital impacting the delivery of care.

6.in collaboration with coo, establishing and overseeing patient and service quality, performance improvement, and the implementation of goals and objectives of the service divisions and individual centers.

7.providing direction and support to cno and all clinical specialty divisions inclusive of outpatient and inpatient departments as well as health educations as detailed in the organization chart approved.

8.fostering an approach to patient care among the medical staff that ensures the most desirable outcomes of care and patient satisfaction.

qualification & experiences 任职条件 1.board certification in own specialty. 10 years medical administrative experiences.

5.been a team and consensus builder, with the ability to partner with physicians and executives.
