& responsibilities
主要职责 1.execute the profitability strategy of the hospital by supporting all aspects of each revenue category and monitoring financial progress on a regular basis; making appropriate adjustments to improve hospital financial efficiency; and suggesting additional revenue opportunities as presented to and approved by the ceo.
执行医院的收入和利润战略,保证各收入类别良性发展,定期收入及收益进程,为提升医院的效益率,做出适当调整,有责任建议其他收益机会,并报首席执行官执行
2.produce succinct, comprehensive monthly reporting of all activities and aspects of the hospital for ceo.
向首席执行官提交关于医院运营的年度、季度和月度的一切运营的营销活动方案和月度活动综合数据报表
3.assisting ceo in setting standards for health care and endowment care, as well as project functional planning
协助 ceo 实现医疗卫生保健和养老护理行业标准的建立,以及项目功能规划。
4.manage all components of the facility set-up and ongoing management based on prc healthcare and standards of operation. this includes equipment selection, acquisition, training, and maintenance to offer a high degree of healthcare delivery.

5.oversee development of an effective marketing plan and strategy that promotes hospital services to the targeted market segment.

6.facilitate and attend meetings with government, local businesses and healthcare payers to promote awareness of hospital services and branding.

7.oversee committee of hospital employees to obtain joint commission international accreditation (jcia). ensure maintenance of accreditation once achieved.

8.in coordination with the chief clinical director, ensure that the hospital maintains compliance with all country medical laws and statutes.

9.supervised hr to establish fair hiring, performance review and compensation policies.
监督人力资源建立公平的雇佣、绩效评估和薪酬福利政策
10.collaborate with the ceo on long term strategic and profitability planning.

11.ensure that annual financial audits are performed.

12.ensure responsible utilization of resources and funding.

13.other duties as assigned.

任职要求:
1.china private hospital administration experience preferred. previous cross-cultural or international experience highly desirable.
具有中国私立医院管理经验优先,多文化或国际经验优先
2.minimum of seven (7) years hospital administration experience; bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field. master’s degree preferred.
七年以上医院管理经验;工商管理、健康管理或相关领域本科学历,硕士优先
3.ability to devise and implement revenue and expense strategies to meet the overall hospital mission;
能够计划和执行收入和费用战略实现医院总体任务
4.experience in managing considerable capital and operating debt;
管理大量资金和运营债务的经验
5.ability to recruit qualified senior management personnel and effectively measure performance;

6.strong financial management and oversight skills;

7.strong working knowledge of healthcare insurance methods, and standard billing and collection methodologies;

9.excellent communications, public relations and listening skills;

10.demonstrated ability to cope with and manage change;

11.general understanding of it systems and inventory management; ability to build and maintain relationships with people of diverse backgrounds;

12.emotionally mature and self-motivated;

13.native mandarin speaker preferred and fluency in english highly desirable.
