5 high frequency (4ghz~60ghz) pa design
6 radio simulation tools, such as ads ,awr and hfss.
7. cad tools, such as mentor or cadence 1. m.s degree or above, major in microwave, wireless communication or equivalent
2. working on pa hw design more than 2 years
3. solid knowledge in microwave and electromagnetic field, experiences on radio circuit design such as power amplifier, etc
4. familiar with radio test instruments such as spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal generator, power meter and etc.
5. with strong ability to learn new technique and willing to research up-to-date technique.
6. familiar with cad tools, such as mentor or cadence.
7. familiar with radio simulation tools, such as ads ,awr and hfss.
