Job description: 1.Implementation and perfection of the bellowing production system/Industrial Engineering sub-topics: -Shopfloor management -5S -Standard worksheet -Quick setup -Problem solving -Performance check -Visual management -Value Stream Management -TPM -3P ramp-up workshops 2.Implementation and perfection of other production system tools/methodologies possible. 3.Moderations of workshops. 4.Coordination of production system and industrial engineering activities. Qualification: 1.At least 2 years IE/PS work experience as an officer or at least 3 years work experience as production engineer. 2.Bachelor or above. 3.Fluent English in oral and written language. 4.Additional Qualifications in Lean Management will be benefit.
