Job Responsibilities -Team leadership and management •Set and monitor the target for team members •Coach the CI team and provide necessary guidance for all team members •Help to develop personnel and technical skills for the CI team •Responsible for the delivery performance for team members. •Recruit new team members -Team performance monitoring -IT Application operations •Lead and coordinate the AMS and the operational (outsourcing partner) team to ensure stable operation of IT Application systems and fulfill defined SLA’s •Coordinate the comprehensive IT department project planning in alignment with growing business strategy •Cooperate with CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) to make sure the IT application environment is fulfilling the group IT security guidelines •Setup automated deployment and maintenance environment and processes.
