1. 根据客户的需求计算原材料的使用预测，并发放给供应商。 Make forecast of raw material according to customer’s inquiry, and release the forecast to supplier. 2. 生产性原材料的正式订单的计算及发送。 Productive material official order establishing and releasing. 3. 生产性原材料的订单纳期跟踪，以保证供应商的交货及时率。 Follow the productive material order delivery schedule, to ensure and time delivery from suppliers. 4. 在满足生产需求的情况下降低库存周转天数，有效控制库存值在合理范围内。 Ensure the production demand and meanwhile reduce the inventory turn days, in order to control the stock within reasonable level. 5. 进出口报关报检工作的日常联络及跟踪。 Import/Export customs declaration and inspection work, daily contact and following. 6. 进出口业务的相关单据进行存档及管理。 Responsible for the management of documents related to import/export business. 7. 报关的相关单据及时转交财务，协助财务完成相关的出汇及付汇工作。 Handover relevant documents to the Finance on time and support the Finance for the foreign exchange settlement. 8. 新项目发展期支持（机器进口和样品交付） Support new project development stage （machine import and samples delivery ） 9. 其他与材料计划及进出口相关的工作 Other business related to RM planning and Import-Export business
